Technical Specifications

Acceptable banner formats are: .jpg, .gif, .tif, and .png. Static banners are preferred. Sorry, we don’t accept flashing banners or promotions for incentive programs. Art is to be delivered via our online Ad Agency program. Design services are available at an additional $50. 

General Policies

All advertiser applications are subject to approval before being granted access to Empowerment4Women's Ad Agency program. We reserve the right to deny any application, at any time, for any reason.

All advertisements will be reviewed by Empowerment4Women and are subject to approval before placement on the site.

Advertisements cannot resemble Empowerment4Women content in design or tone.

Advertisements cannot mislead the user. For example, they may not mimic or resemble Windows/Mac/Unix dialogue boxes, error messages, or the like. Empowerment4Women reserves the right to preserve the user experience of our website/magazine, and reserves the right to remove any advertisement that is deemed annoying and/or harmful to our users at any time.
 

Payment in advance is required for all advertising.

Empowerment4Women reserves the unrestricted right to reject any advertisement at any time with full reimbursement being made; furthermore, publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.

Advertiser agrees that all copy, layout, and composition of Empowerment4Women advertisements and content are the sole property of Empowerment4Women, and may not be reproduced without the express written permission of Empowerment4Women.
